These Terms do not grant you any rights to use any Kind Apps Brand Features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
User Content and Activities
Kind Apps users may post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the Site/App (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post. You promise that you own or have the right to post such User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. Activities coordinated using the Site/App and content posted should reflect Kind Apps values: equity, empathy, kindness, reduction of waste, personal agency, and safety.
Monitoring User Content
Kind Apps may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review User Content. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any or no reason, without prior notification.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Jury Trial Waiver
These Terms are governed by Maryland law. You waive the right to a jury trial.
Arbitration Agreement
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the FAA and AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Exceptions include small claims and intellectual property disputes.
Class Action Waiver
Arbitration will be conducted individually. Class actions are waived.
Miscellaneous
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted or emailed 30 days in advance.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and posted policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Kind Apps.
